2025 SBC Seminars: Limited Exhibit Space is Available
Sponsorship slots still available for several events
SBC’s 2025 Seminar series will once again visit 27 cities, beginning with Greenville, NC on February 25, 2025. We filled most sponsorship slots, but opportunities remain open. Both Speaking and Table-Top sponsorship slots are available for multiple events, including some high-profile markets such as Texas and Miami.
Here’s how you can still get in
- Open slots are indicated on the Live 2025 Seminar List.
- Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Some slots are reserved until 60 days prior to the event.
Under a newly created policy, some slots will remain open in select cities until 60 days prior to these dates to make sure opportunities will exist for new members who join in 2025. Existing members will then have a second option to pick these slots.
New members in 2025 will have first option on these dates; however, if no new members take the spot, we will look at our waitlist.
Get on the Waitlist
Request to be added to the waitlist if you are interested in a specific city or date. We will allocate open spots to those on the waitlist in the order they were added.

Speaking Sponsorships (includes a free Table Top):
- QTY 1–2: $2,500 each
- QTY 3–4: $2,250 each (save 10%)
- QTY 5+: $1,875 each (save 25%)
Table Tops:
- QTY 1–2: $999 each
- QTY 3–4: $899 each (save 10%)
- QTY 5+: $750 each (save 25%)
