We encourage all members to participate \u2014 as sponsors, speakers, or tabletop exhibitors. Below is an overview of the process, key dates, and ways to get involved.<\/p>\n<h2>HOW TO EXHIBIT OR SPONSOR<\/h2>\n<p>You can participate in the 2026 Seminar Series in one of two ways:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right; max-width:100%; width:220px; margin:0 0 12px 24px;\" src=\"https:\/\/saferbuildings.net\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/sbc-ftl-2025-seminar.jpg\" alt=\"Safer Buildings Coalition Fort Lauderdale 2025 seminar\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sponsor:<\/strong> Includes speaking opportunities, planning input, and an exhibit table at the event. Sponsors may also purchase a <em>Same-Day Bonus Event<\/em> \u2014 a 2-hour session following the seminar to host their own meeting or demo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tabletop Exhibitor:<\/strong> For those who prefer to display products and network without a speaking slot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that you must be a Safer Buildings Coalition member to exhibit at one of our seminars. Members have been sent a Planning Survey already. Cities will be assigned using the <em>Schoolyard Pick<\/em> process.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin:10px 0;\"><strong>Friday, November 14, 2025 @ 12:00 PM ET \/ 9:00 AM PT:<\/strong> Round 1 Submittals Close.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin:10px 0;\"><strong>Friday, December 12, 2025:<\/strong> <strong>Lock-In Date:<\/strong> Sponsors must confirm their city selections by this date.
